Make Money posting pictures and internal links

Our partner has a lot of blogs. Each blog has a lot of posts. Many, not all, of these posts do not have internal links and they do not have pictures. We need people to do the following:

1) Go to the blog we assign them and find posts that do not have pictures AND do not have internal links.  Internal links are links in a post that go to another post on the same blog. Like this.
2) Find a picture that is RELATED to the post topic and can be used for commercial purposes. We’ll send you the steps to do this.
3) Link 1 to 3 words of the post to internal pages of the blog.

NICE and EASY. One post takes only a FEW MINUTES to do.
